The useful answer
Use the licence key emailed to the address you provided, or the six-digit code if you requested one, to activate Premium in DewCue. Your Razorpay payment receipt is separate from the activation email. Keep your purchase email address available if you need help with the licence.
Find the activation email
Razorpay handles checkout and emails the payment receipt. DewCue’s licence key, or a six-digit code if you ask for one, is emailed to the address you give. A receipt and an activation message serve different purposes.
If the activation message is missing, check the address you supplied and your spam or junk folders. Avoid making another purchase just to troubleshoot an email problem; contact support so the existing purchase can be checked.
- Locate the licence email or the code you requested.
- Keep the email address used for the purchase available.
- Use the activation method offered in your installed DewCue version.
- Check that Premium access matches the plan you purchased.
Get help if activation does not complete
Email hello@dewcue.com if the licence message is missing or the extension does not recognize your paid access. Include the purchase email address, your extension version, and a short description of what happened. That gives support a useful starting point without making you guess at a different activation flow.
Exact button labels and code-expiry timing are not specified in the published information. Follow the available prompts in your installed version and ask support if they do not match the message you received.
Check paid access separately on another computer
The licence server stores only the email address you enter and your licence key. Reminder sync through Chrome does not activate Premium on a second computer by itself; enter your licence key there too. Confirm the computers included with your licence before adding another one.
You can remove Premium from a computer inside DewCue. This does not delete its reminders. It is different from uninstalling the extension, which removes local data.
Understand licence checks and your personal data
DewCue rechecks the licence about once a day. If it cannot get online, Premium continues for seven days from the last successful check. This grace period concerns paid access; it does not guarantee reminder delivery when Chrome or the computer is off.
The licence server does not store reminders, email subjects, or page content. Restoring your licence therefore does not restore those records. Review the backup and computer-change guide if you also need to move your personal information.
