When does the 14-day Premium trial start?

The trial starts the first time you exceed a Free plan limit on that computer. It lasts 14 days and does not require a card. Free plan limits resume when the trial ends unless you upgrade, and the Free plan stays available.

How much does DewCue Premium cost?

Premium is $4.99 per month or $39 per year, paid by card. In India, prices are shown in rupees: ₹199 per month or ₹1,990 per year, plus 18% GST, and you can pay with UPI. Checkout is handled by Razorpay; check the final total before paying.

Is there a lifetime plan?

Yes. Lifetime is $99, or ₹4,990 plus 18% GST in India, for the first 500 buyers. Lifetime covers the Premium features sold with it for as long as the extension is offered. Confirm availability at checkout.

How do I get my Premium licence key or activation code?

A licence key is emailed to the address you provide. If you request a six-digit code, that code is emailed to you. Razorpay sends the payment receipt separately. Use the licence or requested code when activating Premium in DewCue, and keep the purchase email address available.

Can I remove Premium from a computer without deleting my reminders?

Yes. Removing Premium from a computer inside DewCue does not delete its reminders. This is different from uninstalling the extension, which removes the local copy of your data.

Can I cancel my Premium subscription?

Yes. You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next charge, and Premium stays available until your paid period ends. It does not erase the reminders on your computer.

Does DewCue offer a refund?

Request a full refund within seven days of your first payment, a Lifetime purchase, or a later renewal charge. Email hello@dewcue.com with the email address used at checkout. Refunds return through Razorpay to the original payment method and are processed within 5–7 working days; your bank may take longer to show the credit.

How are Premium payments handled?

Razorpay handles all Premium checkout. Outside India you pay in US dollars by card; in India you pay in rupees with UPI or card. Razorpay handles card numbers and UPI IDs, and DewCue does not see them. Review your plan, tax, currency, and final amount before paying.
