Refund & Cancellation Policy
A digital product
Dewcue Premium is a digital subscription. It is delivered instantly inside the Chrome extension. There is no physical product and no shipping.
Cancel any time
You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not erase the reminders on your computer.
Refunds
Ask within 7 days of the first payment and we will refund that payment in full. A Lifetime purchase is refundable within 7 days of the payment. Later renewal charges follow the same 7-day window from the date of that charge.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. They are processed within 5–7 working days. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to show the credit.

The free trial
The 14-day Premium trial does not take a payment. There is nothing to refund if you never pay. When the trial ends, the free limits return unless you upgrade.
