DewCue for freelancers

Keep client follow-ups moving.

Client work comes with decisions to chase, proposals to revisit, and small promises to keep. Give each next step a reminder, then keep the context in a client or project bucket. When you return, you can see what you were waiting for and choose a useful action.

An everyday exampleAfter sending a proposal, capture the email and schedule a review. At that time, check for a reply before deciding whether to send a follow-up.

Follow up with context

Inbox tags like “Follow up?” and “Due 3 PM” work on the webmail you use. DewCue reminds you to return; you review the conversation and send any message yourself.

Keep a short client update log

Use buckets for project notes, requested changes, and the next action. Buckets stay local, so check the computer where you keep that context.

Plan the work between replies

Review Today and Upcoming, then give one task a focus window. Pin a sticky note to a client’s page so the context is waiting when you come back.

A little clarity before you start

Your questions, answered.

How do email follow-ups work in DewCue?
Turn on email follow-ups for your webmail and DewCue adds tiny “Reply?”, “Follow up?”, and “Due 3 PM” tags to your inbox list, using only what’s visible on the page. You can also pick an email and set a time to return to it. At the scheduled time, the reminder prompts you to open the conversation and decide what happens next.
Create a useful email follow-up
Does DewCue automatically detect whether someone has replied?
No. DewCue does not monitor your mailbox or connect to your email account. The small “Reply?” and “Follow up?” tags in your inbox list are gentle prompts based on what’s visible on the page. You open the conversation, check for a reply, and decide whether another follow-up is needed.
Follow up without mailbox monitoring
What are buckets used for?
Buckets are a place for client or project update logs and notes. Use one to keep the context you will need when you return to a task. Bucket content stays local, and the Free plan includes three buckets.
Organize client follow-ups
Can I leave a sticky note on a web page?
Yes. Pin a note to any page and it reappears when you return to that page. Tap once to turn the note into a reminder. Free includes 10 sticky notes; Premium makes them unlimited. Sticky notes use the optional all-sites permission you turn on yourself.
Make reminders from web pages
What does Premium add?
Premium removes the published Free plan limits and adds “Can’t miss” mode (the chime repeats until you mark it done), full history, a calendar view, a water and medicine log with gentle streaks, unlimited page sticky notes, and the Sunrise, Sea, and Ink themes. You still check email replies yourself; Premium does not add mailbox monitoring or automatic email sending.
