The agreement
Dewcue is a digital product. When you install the extension or buy Premium, you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, and the refund and cancellation policy. If you do not agree, do not install Dewcue and do not pay for Premium.
What you are buying
Dewcue is software delivered instantly inside Chrome. There is nothing to ship. A purchase is a licence to use the Premium features, not a sale of the software itself. Free features stay available with the limits shown on the pricing page.
Premium is $4.99 a month or $39 a year, or in India ₹199 a month or ₹1,990 a year, plus 18% GST. Lifetime is $99, or ₹4,990 plus 18% GST in India, for the first 500 buyers. A 14-day trial starts on your computer when you first pass a free limit. The trial does not need a card.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Tanishkha is the seller. Dewcue does not see your card number or UPI id. Indian cards and UPI are charged in INR. International cards are charged in USD. Razorpay emails the payment receipt. The licence key, or a 6-digit code if you ask for one, is emailed to the address you give.
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Premium continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds follow the refund policy.
Your reminders
You keep what you type. Reminders can sync through Chrome. Buckets and other local notes stay on that computer. You are responsible for the words you store and for anyone who uses your Chrome profile.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Dewcue, try to break the licence check, or use the extension to store anything you are not allowed to store. We may suspend a licence that is shared beyond the computers included with it, or that was obtained by fraud.
The service can change
Dewcue is updated over time. A feature on the Free plan can move, and a limit can change, but a Lifetime purchase keeps the Premium features that were sold with it for as long as the extension is offered. If we shut the extension down, we will say so on this website and honour the refund policy for recent payments.
Liability
Dewcue is a reminder tool. It is not a promise that every alarm will fire if Chrome, the computer, or the network is off. To the extent the law allows, Tanishkha is not liable for lost profits or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kanniyakumari, Tamil Nadu, have exclusive jurisdiction.
