The useful answer

Turn on email follow-ups for your webmail, then use the small “Reply?”, “Follow up?”, and “Due 3 PM” tags in your inbox list, or pick an email and schedule a time to return. When the reminder arrives, open the conversation and decide whether you need to reply, follow up, or mark the task done. DewCue does not access your email account or send messages for you.

Save the conversation you actually need

Use email follow-ups for a proposal awaiting feedback, a document you requested, or a question that needs an answer. Choose a specific next step so the reminder remains useful when it appears.

Email follow-ups work on webmail in Chrome, including Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, Zoho Mail, and Hostinger webmail. You turn them on yourself, and DewCue reads only what’s visible on the webmail pages you open, such as the subject, sender name, and link. It does not ask for your email sign-in or access to your mailbox.

  1. Turn on email follow-ups for your webmail in DewCue.
  2. Look for the small tags in your inbox list, or open a conversation and choose a follow-up time.
  3. Check the saved context and the time you chose.

Check the conversation before you act

When the reminder arrives, read the current conversation. A reply may already be waiting. If the next step is complete, mark the reminder done. If you need more time, snooze it or ask to be reminded again.

The inbox tags are gentle prompts, not a mailbox monitor. DewCue does not inspect your account or send a follow-up email for you; you read the conversation and decide.

Keep enough context for the next check

For client work, keep a short update in a bucket: what you requested, what you are waiting for, and the next action. Bucket notes stay local.
